Richmond Biz Sense noted that Family Lifeline recently launched their new website, with a modern look with a user-friendly interface. Impact Makers helped create the website pro bono, providing 514 volunteer hours and $56,000 worth of investment over 10 months. Family Lifeline is one of Impact Makers’ community partners. more

Every !mer is encouraged to do volunteer at least twenty-hours per year with one of our charity partners, as part of their regular hours. Many !mers really enjoy this aspect of their jobs and end up donating a lot more hours and doing more than one project to help members of the community.

This means that we don’t give the companies we connect with a break when they don’t meet our expectations and we quickly move to find another company that will meet our ever-expanding needs.

Although some companies have risen to the challenge, they often fail because they don’t understand why we use their products or services, which means their user experience fails to meet our expectations. We don’t care about the organizational structure of the companies we interact with, their aging technology stack, or that they haven’t been able to keep up with changes in communication and digital technology. more

2015 Winner Hi ResImpact Makers is honored to share that our website project with MedStar Health won the silver 2015 eHealthcare Leadership Award in the “Best Healthcare Content” category. The 16th Annual eHealthcare Leadership Awards were presented by Health Care Communications on November 11, 2015 in Orlando.

MedStar Health is a large healthcare provider in the Baltimore/Washington metro area with 10 hospitals, 250 outpatient centers, 6,000 physicians and 30,000 associates caring for millions of patients every year. Impact Makers’ project with MedStar Health included a new digital presence, an overhaul of the existing website by modernizing the look and feel, converting to a user-friendly CMS, responsive design and an advanced content and provider search capability.
