Quality Assurance Program

To ensure the highest quality work product to the government, our Corporate Quality Assurance (QA) personnel will serve as the QA lead for our projects.  Those QA activities will include:

  • Providing best practice templates for documenting the required deliverables
  • Performing detailed review and editing of written deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, and conformance to the task order

Impact Makers also proposes to utilize our electronic QA deliverable program. When the Impact Makers Task Leader develops the final deliverable, it will be submitted to our Corporate QA personnel for review. QA personnel will ensure that the deliverable has been technically reviewed, and will edit it for presentation and content. When the author meets all requirements for the deliverable, QA will approve the deliverable and forward it to the Program Manager for approval. Then, and only then, will the product be delivered to the COR for distribution and acceptance.  At the conclusion of each Task Order, Impact Makers will perform a self-evaluation of the product quality delivered.  The data supporting the evaluation will consist of both Impact Makers information and feedback solicited from the customer.
