Rx Partnership creates a streamlined and cost-effective process that helps connect pharmaceutical companies to free clinics and community health centers in Virginia, resulting in the shipment of free medication for eligible, uninsured people who need it.
Family Lifeline assists Virginia’s most vulnerable children, parents and seniors by providing support, wellness and education. They deliver intensive home and community-based services giving people the tools they need to create a better future.
Peter Paul Development Center is the oldest continually operating community center in Richmond’s East End. Their mission is to support the residents of the East End and educate its students, equipping them to serve as positive contributors to their family, community, and society.
Future Leaders in Project Management (FLiPM) is a non-profit organization founded in Henrico County, VA for the purpose of providing Project Management training to our youth to empower a workforce of competent, well trained, professionally certified employees needed in over 100 diverse industries.

For the 2nd year in a row, Impact Makers was honored as a Inner City 100 company by Fortune and ICIC. In 2016, Impact Makers ranked no. 23. In 2015, our rank was no. 8.
The Printing & Graphics Association MidAtlantic (PGAMA) awarded Impact Makers’ 2014 Impact Report first place in the “Catalogs – Company Capabilities” category for their 2016 Excellence in Print Winners.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch ran “Impact Makers pumps profits into local charities.” The article describes how Impact Makers established $562,500 in equity-like debt investment to finance continued growth, using contributions from board members and external investors including fellow B Corporation Virginia Community Capital.
The Social Impact Movement
Impact Makers is a national thought leader in the social impact movement, helping businesses to transform economic value into social value into their communities.
Impact Makers championed the passage of Benefit Corporation legislation in Virginia. Benefit Corporations are stock corporations that have elected to incorporate with the business purpose of creating a positive impact on society and the environment in addition to generating profits. Virginia’s Benefit Corporation law took effect on July 1, 2011. Virginia was the fourth state in the country to enact such legislation. See the article for more information.
Our business model inspired consultants in Cincinnati, Ohio to create a management and technology company modeled after Impact Makers.
Ingage Partners uses a significant percentage of its profits to fund charitable organizations in the Cincinnati area.
